Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. It takes 5–8 business days once your order is dispatched. All customs and duties charges for South African delivery are included — there is nothing extra to pay on arrival.
FedEx Express delivery
Need it sooner? FedEx Express delivery is free on orders over R5000, otherwise R500 and takes 2–3 business days once your order is dispatched — across South Africa and internationally. Choose it at checkout on any order. Orders of R5,000 or less pay R500 for FedEx Express.
Customs & duties
Delivery to a South African address includes all customs and duties charges. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay — no import fees, no courier disbursement charges, nothing owed the day your parcel arrives.
International shipping
International standard delivery is free on every order and takes 5–8 business days once your order is dispatched; FedEx Express delivery is free on orders over R5000, otherwise R500 and takes 2–3 business days. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
