7-day returns — sale items included
If your item isn't right for you, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unworn, unused, and returned with all original tags and packaging attached. This applies to everything we sell, including discounted and sale-priced items — there is no separate rule for pieces bought on promotion.
Authenticity guarantee — always
The 7-day window never applies to authenticity. If an item is ever proven not authentic, we refund you in full — no time limit, no fine print.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll arrange a courier collection and confirm your refund once the item has been received and checked.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the returned item passes inspection at our facility.
