Get The Brand started with two brothers, Taahier and Samier Jamodien, who kept running into the same problem: shopping locally for designer brands in South Africa was far more expensive than buying the exact same pieces in Europe or the UK.

Import duties, markups and limited local stock made the prices feel impossible. They wanted to soften that blow — to bring South African shoppers closer to real international pricing without sacrificing authenticity or quality.

It took a lot of digging. After a long road of testing suppliers, negotiating logistics and diving into the fine print of duties and delivery, we partnered with an international supplier who could help us get it right.

Today, every item we stock is sourced directly from Europe and priced to be far more aligned with international prices. Authentic designer fashion, right here in SA, without the exorbitant local markup.
