What we collect

When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, contact information, delivery address and order history. If you create an account, we also store your email address and password (encrypted) so you can sign in — we never see your actual password. Payment details are processed securely by our payment providers and are never stored on our servers.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, communicate with you about your purchases, and — only if you opt in — send you news about new arrivals and offers.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with the partners needed to complete your order — couriers and payment processors. We never sell your personal information.

Advertising & measurement

We use the Meta Pixel (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.) and the TikTok Pixel (operated by TikTok) to measure how our advertising performs. When you browse this site, Meta and TikTok receive information about the pages you view and shopping actions such as adding an item to your cart or starting checkout. This data is used to measure and improve our ads. We do not send Meta or TikTok your name, email address, phone number or any other direct identifier.

Visitors in regions where advertising cookies require prior consent (such as the EU/UK) will not have this tracking enabled. You can opt out via your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences or in your TikTok app settings, and you can contact us at any time to ask questions or object.
